If you’ve ordered off the monthly bundle packs, shipping details are listed below the description on when to expect delivery!
The Meals
Upon receiving your order, immediately refrigerate your meals. Keeping your meals cool prevents them from going bad.
There is a sticker on each meal with a date and time that each meal was made & packaged. We recommend that you consume your meals 3-4 days after packaging.
Yes, you can! Meals are good to freeze and thaw out the night before consuming. Keep in mind if the dish you are freezing has any leafy greens, that it will wilt upon defrosting. It is best to freeze only dishes without leafy greens!
All of our containers are microwave friendly, so you are able to microwave your meals or you may throw them in a pan to reheat.
Depending on your appliances, we recommend anytime between 1-2mins to reheat. Always heat more if needed.
